Розважально-пізнавальна гра “I know English better.”
для учнів 3 класів
Мета та завдання:
- створити позитивну мотивацію до вивчення англійської
мови;
- повторити та закріпити вивчений матеріал;
- вчити дітей колективній діяльності, співпраці.
Такі конкурси можна проводити як в кінці чверті або в
кінці року, так і в кінці вивчення будь-якої теми. Молодші школярі із
надзвичайним задоволенням беруть участь у них.
„Подорож” проводиться з учнями 4 класів. Всі учні –
пасажири потягу, який рушає в подорож до англійської мови. Кожна група учнів
займає свій поїзд, який зупиняється на різних станціях. Діти самі обирають
розпізнавальні знаки для себе, але в кожній групі є машиніст “driver”, який проводить свою групу по станціях. Для того, щоб поїзди „не
потрапляли в аварійні ситуації” на своєму шляху, кожна група отримує маршрутний
лист “train table”, в якому вказано
маршрут кожного поїзда, назви станцій та порядок руху. В ньому також вказано
час зупинки, кількість отриманих балів.
Хід гри
Teacher: Dear friends, today you are passengers of
these trains. We are going to travel to English. The trains are leaving. Good
voyage! See you later!
Station 1: “Musical”
Відгадайте мелодію та заспівайте пісню англійською мовою. (використовуються пісні, які вивчалися раніше:
“What is your name?”, “I see green, I see yellow”, “I am a pupil”, “Hello, how
are you?”, “Head and shoulders”, etc.) На цій станції відповідальними є вчитель
музики та учнів старших класів, які пропонують музику без слів, а діти згадують
та виконують її англійською мовою. Якщо їм не вдалося вгадати пісню,
пропонується інша мелодія.
Station 2: “Phonetics”
Прочитайте слова в транскрипції.
Наприклад: [spu:n], [tri:], [plein], [faiv], [sta:],
[kwi:n], [fa:m], [bo:l], [blu:], [boks]
Station 3: “Reading”
Перевіряється техніка читання (кількість слів за одну
хвилину). Один з учнів, обраний командою, отримує лист зі словами або з
текстами. Учню дається одна хвилина на підготовку, потім він зачитує
запропонований матеріал. Підраховується кількість прочитаних слів за одну
хвилину і виставляється така ж кількість отриманих балів у маршрутний лист.
Наприклад: Ship, egg, bus, book, queen, star, horse,
name, sit, yes, mug, cook, feed, park, port, cake, stone, little, bench, jump,
good, sheep, farm, floor, plate, nose, big, bell,
sun, wood, lake, bone, fish, pen, tulip, pupil, that,
thеse, moon, bird, purse, king, morning, yellow, weak, beak, ball, day, boy,
out.
Якщо учень завершив читати слова, а вчитель його не
зупиняє, він починає читати запропонований матеріал з початку.

Розкажіть вірш англійською мовою.

Протягом 10 сек. команда ознайомлюється з предметами.
Через
10 сек. ведучий забирає розноси з предметами, і кожна з команд повинна по
пам’яті назвати всі свої предмети.
Команда, що назвала всі предмети без помилок одержує 1 бал.
Якщо
обидві команди не помилилися, то обидві команди одержують по 1 балу.

та збагатити лексичний запас.

Командам пропонується розгадати кроссворд, в якому приховано ім’я
королеви Великобританії. Перемагає та команда, яка виконає завдання швидко і
правильно, а також називає ім’я королеви.

Призначення. Знайомство з новим матеріалом на англійській мові,
його відпрацювання і закріплення в ігровій формі, наприклад у вигляді командних
ігор, робить процес навчання більш яскравим і емоційним. Цікаві вправи
приваблюють дітей, і вони з задоволенням вивчають іноземну мову.

Мета: узагальнення лексичного і граматичного матеріалу за вивченими темами.
Завдання:

Розвиваючі: розвивати пізнавальну активність і вміння
